Q. What activities can I become involved with outside my lessons?
A. There are a range of organised sporting activities you can join in with along with enrichment and leadership opportunities.
Q. Are there any Student Leadership opportunities?
A. Yes, with have two Head Students and a number of student led committees. There are also opportunities throughout our main school for members of the sixth form to develop their leadership skills.
Q. What financial support is available while I’m studying?
A. There are discretionary bursaries available to those who fulfil the criteria.
Q. Who do I talk to if I want to change a subject?
A. All subject related queries should be directed to Mrs Else, Assistant Head Teacher.
Q. Who do I talk to if I have a problem with one of my subjects?
A. Wherever possible students should talk to the subject teacher first. If you are still concerned, then speak to your form tutor or Mrs Else.
Q. What do I do if I am ill and can’t come into School?
A. Telephone the school on 0121 464 2400 before 10 15am and leave a message. Where possible indicate when you will be returning to school.
Q. Can I leave the sixth form site without permission?
A. No, for health and safety reasons you should let a member of staff know if you need to leave the site and always swipe out.
